48 HOURS TO PRIMARIES, HON ADIJAT OLADAPO WOOS DELEGATES

Less than 48 hours to the much anticipated Party Primaries of the rulling All Progressives Congress, APC, a Frontline House of Representatives aspirant for Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency, Hon. Motunrayo Adijat Adeleye-Oladapo has charged delegates saddled with the responsibility of picking the choice of party's standard bearer in the cosmopolitan constituency to jettison all forms of differences and sentiments with a view to give heightened consideration to the present state of Ifo and Ewekoro local government areas by giving the mandate to a tested, trusted and proven performer, someone with antecedents of political and community service, her humble self. 

In an open letter she personally signed, The former member, Ogun state, House of Assembly reiterated that if given the mandate to fly the party's banner at the general elections in 2023, her principle of faithful service, fairness, accountability, accessibility, efficiency and effective legislation as well as transparency which has been her watchword will never diminish. 

 The letter reads: 

" The year 2023 general elections is almost here, and the future of the nation which hangs in balance lies in our hands.

Yes it is truism that the teeming electorates would determine who emerges at various elective positions ranging from state Assembly seats to that of the presidential, but long before such, yourself and others who have made it through party internal process would have predetermined who represents Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency in the Tenth Legislature.

I am writing this admonition to you all, soliciting that you kindly shelve all forms of differences, with a view to giving heightened consideration to the present state of Ifo and Ewekoro local government areas likewise it's teeming inhabitants, many of whom will be grateful for the wise decision you will make on that historic Friday 27th of May, 2022. 

 Please be mindful that their change, history and hope shall be present there with you on that D-Day, long before your arrival on the soil of the venue, they shall be therein to witness how you will respectively go about the patriotic assignment (s) entrusted in your hands by the many Progressives. Knowing fully well that seeking the new horizon in Democratic governance starts with us the coming days where you shall validates your decision through voting.

 I humbly present myself before you, seeking that you nominate me as your standard bearer for our dear party, APC. If contestant's antecedents of political and community services is to be considered, just minds have adjudged me to have serve humanity excellently in the various offices that I have been privileged to occupy.

The principle of faithful service, fairness, accountability, accessibility and transparency have been my watchword. Non if which shall never diminish from my public life. I vow to give my renewed strength, commitment, vigor, loyalty, sweat and toil in the service to the aged,market men and women, students,trade groups, religious bodies and Community Development Associations in our cosmopolitan constituency. Ifo/Ewekoro is our respective homestead : Together, let us reposition it to its deserve pride of place.The task starts with you", the letter reads.
