The Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps, So-Safe Corps has deployed its Officers and Men across the length and breadth of the State to ensure both lives and property of the people of the State and its visitors are well protected and to embark on foiling any act that can jeopardise the peace and love radiating among us as one family in the State.
According to the statement issued from the office of the State Commander of the Corps, Commander (Dr)Soji Ganzallo through the Director of Information of the Corps, ACC Moruf Yusuf stated that the Zonal and Area Commanders of the Corps have been instructed to detail Officers of the Corps and undercover Officers and Men to strategic places in continuation of the 'operation secure places of worship' that's on since three weeks back .
"It is no longer news that we are in an atmosphere where fear of the criminally minded ones dominates every heart of our people and this requires vigilance in all ramifications" the statement read.
He stressed further that the operation kicks of on Tuesday, 5th July 2022 through Friday, 15th July, 2022.
The Imams and Alfas are hereby advised to compile additional lists of their Praying Grounds if any for the agency and to also preach the essence of vigilance in the propagation of the religion and this they should strictly adhere to.
The Corp is also wishing all Muslim faithful, Officers and Men and Marshals of the Corps Eid-il-Kabir.
